The hotel rooms are spacious and offer all the expected amenities plus a little extra, including a shower and bathtub, TV with streaming options, minibar, safe, desk, and a great bed. However, there were noticeable stains on the tables, carpet, and walls, and only one bathrobe with slippers was provided. The room service was a bit slow to respond, and the hotel's decor seemed a bit dated. Additionally, there was a mix-up as my booking included breakfast, but upon arrival, I was informed that it did not come with breakfast.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel, with breathtaking views of the Palace of Culture and Science right from my room. The rooms felt immaculate, but there was a funky odor that bothered me a bit. The location was superb, just in front of the museum of science and art and a short walk to the city center. However, some aspects seemed a bit outdated.

The breakfast and evening selections at the Concierge Level Club were delicious. However, the strong smell of pool chemicals and slightly crowded pool area were minor drawbacks.

Despite a minor rattle from the air conditioning fan, the rooms can be located on high floors up to level 36. The service is top-notch, with quick solutions even under tight time restraints, though some delays occurred with delivering milk for coffee. The location is perfect for exploring Warsaw, although the pool area may get crowded and have a strong chemical smell. The dining options are diverse, with some inconsistency observed in quality. Overall, a modern and comfortable stay with great amenities.
